利用規約
制定日: 2026年10月3日 ／ 対象: ゆるかわスタンプ TikTok 下書きツール（以下「本アプリ」）
第1条 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、ゆるかわLINEスタンプ屋／うちの子そっくり（以下「運営者」）が、自社で制作した LINE スタンプの紹介動画を、自社の TikTok アカウントへ下書きとして送るための社内ツールです。TikTok の公式 API（Content Posting API）を利用します。
第2条 利用できる人
本アプリを利用できるのは運営者だけです。一般の方への提供、登録の受付は行っていません。本アプリと連携する TikTok アカウントは、運営者が所有・管理するアカウントに限ります。
第3条 TikTok の規約の順守
本アプリの利用にあたり、運営者は TikTok の利用規約、コミュニティガイドライン、開発者向け規約（TikTok Developer Terms of Service）その他 TikTok が定める決まりを守ります。本規約と TikTok の規約が食い違う場合は、TikTok の規約が優先します。
第4条 送る内容
- 送る動画は、運営者が自ら制作し、権利を持つ LINE スタンプの紹介動画に限ります。
- 第三者の著作物・肖像・個人情報を無断で含めません。
- 本アプリは下書きを送るだけで、公開は運営者が TikTok アプリで内容を確認してから手動で行います。
- 宣伝目的の投稿には、TikTok が定める宣伝コンテンツの表示を行います。AI を使って作った絵を含む場合は、TikTok の AI 生成コンテンツの表示を行います。
第5条 禁止事項
本アプリを、他人の TikTok アカウントの操作、スパム投稿、TikTok の仕組みの不正な利用、法令や公序良俗に反する目的で使うことを禁止します。
第6条 データの取り扱い
本アプリが扱うデータとその保存・削除の方法は、プライバシーポリシーに定めます。
第7条 免責
本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。TikTok の API の仕様変更・停止、通信の障害などで本アプリが使えなくなった場合でも、運営者はそれによる損害について、法令で許される範囲で責任を負いません。
第8条 提供の中止・規約の変更
運営者は、いつでも本アプリの提供を中止し、または本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時から効力を持ちます。
第9条 準拠法
本規約は日本の法律に従って解釈されます。

Terms of Service
Effective date: October 3, 2026 / Applies to: Yurukawa Stamp TikTok Draft Tool (the "App")
1. What the App does
The App is an internal tool used by Yurukawa LINE Stamp Shop / Uchi-no-ko Sokkuri (the "Operator") to send promotional videos of LINE stickers created by the Operator to the Operator's own TikTok account as drafts, using TikTok's official Content Posting API.
2. Who may use the App
Only the Operator may use the App. It is not offered to the public and does not accept sign-ups. Only TikTok accounts owned and managed by the Operator are connected to the App.
3. Compliance with TikTok's terms
When using the App, the Operator complies with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, TikTok Developer Terms of Service and all other applicable TikTok policies. If these Terms conflict with TikTok's terms, TikTok's terms prevail.
4. Content
- Videos sent through the App are limited to promotional videos of LINE stickers that the Operator created and owns the rights to.
- No third-party copyrighted material, likeness or personal information is included without permission.
- The App only sends drafts. Publishing is done manually by the Operator in the TikTok app after reviewing the content.
- Promotional posts are labeled using TikTok's promotional content disclosure. Content that includes AI-generated imagery is labeled using TikTok's AI-generated content label.
5. Prohibited use
The App must not be used to operate other people's TikTok accounts, to post spam, to misuse TikTok's services, or for any purpose that violates applicable law or public order.
6. Data
The data handled by the App, and how it is stored and deleted, are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss arising from the App becoming unavailable due to changes to or suspension of TikTok's API, network failures or similar causes.
8. Changes and discontinuation
The Operator may discontinue the App or change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
